Q: How can I get in contact with you?

Q: Is your site safe and secure?

Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

Q: My order doesn't look exactly like your picture?

Because I offer many different styles and designs almost all my images are digitally mocked-up on the actual piece. Colors of the image may have a slight color variation depending on your monitor but I do my best to get the colors to match as close as possible.

Q: I received a shipping notification but it wasn't for my whole order?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Q: I'm interested in a bulk order?

I can do bulk orders. Please contact us at info@sportsmombling.com with your request.

Q: I'm interested in a custom design?

I love catering to all the Sports Fans out there and if you have a design you would like adjusted for a group or something specific, send me an email I would love to work with you!

Q: When can I expect my items?

Depends on the item purchased for processing and delivery.

My designs are made to order and most ship within 6 business days from the time you ordered sometimes sooner. *If you are still waiting for your order please trust me as I will make sure you are taken care of no matter what in the end.

Items that have a longer expected delivery will be mentioned on the product description.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping and Handling charges vary on what products you are ordering.

Order $75 or more and receive free shipping.

Q: My tracking isn't updating properly?

 

Please give tracking 24 ours to properly update. Right now some orders are experiencing delays within the transit service. Unfortunately, those are out of our control and we have to wait them out before considering them lost. Most are getting resolved (not as fast as we would like).

Q: I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?

If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact me.

Q: What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

Please note, all jewelry sales are final and no refunds will be given.

If your product arrives with a defect please contact me within 15 days from receipt of order.

A restocking fee may be added to certain items.

Personalization is final unless there is a defect in the piece.

Once you receive your order you have 15 days from receipt of order to contact me about an issue with an order. 

I keep very low inventory as I am a small mom run business.

For discrepancies in print or damage to the product see below.

Anything, that also has personalization on it I cannot return or reprint for reasons other than defect in materials or workmanship.

I will do my best to work to make sure you are 100% happy.

DAMAGED ITEM 

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph showing the damage or defect. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface.

I will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future pieces.
